The Dorset shellfish company was set up by licensed fisherman with over 15 years in the trade, fishing from the 3rd largest natural harbour in the world Poole harbour, a shallow intertidal harbour which boasts the only established wild manila clams fishery in the Uk.
Most of Poole harbour is only a couple of meters deep, but being muddy it provides the perfect habitat for clams & cockles to thrive.
They can arrange to send any shellfish of any order size from 1kg upwards anywhere in the United Kingdom for next-day delivery.
