Now in its 5th generation Rodgers Butchers was founded by James Rodgers in 1880 and has built a solid reputation as a traditional family run butchers.
Rodgers Butchers supply some of Scotland’s top restaurants, and work closely with chefs to develop innovative product ranges, while continuing the traditional recipes which have been passed down through the generations.
Rodgers personally handpick meat from dedicated farmers and place an emphasis on establishing traceability to origin. Rodgers sell online or locally through their Glasgow shop.
