Yarg is not made anywhere else in the world. Every truckle comes from this small, rural dairy in mid Cornwall.
They’ve been wrapping Yargs in nettle leaves since the 1980s, introducing their wild garlic recipe as the millennium changed. In 2017, their new cheese Kern, a hard farmhouse cheese in a black waxy rind, was named Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards, securing their position as one of the top artisan cheese producers in the world.
