Andrew Gale and his brother Stuart are 4th Generation farmers and butchers who specialise in home-made pies and pasties, specialty Award winning sausages, home cured bacon and cooked meats.
All the meat is locally sourced within a 10 mile radius with the beef and lamb hung on the bone for min 21 days to develop tasty, tender meat with full flavour. They also specialise in local game supplied by Badminton Estate and Deerstalkers.
