Len and Mandy Walters have been processing fish and shellfish caught by their own vessels for the last 14 years. Len has been fishing for 30 years out of Cardigan.
All of the products offered by Cardigan Bay Fish are sourced directly from their vessels or fishermen based in Cardigan. They pride themselves on being able to offer the freshest produce, processed as soon as it’s landed to maintain flavour and quality.
Mandy has a stall at St Dogmaels local produce market located next to the Coach House next to St. Dogmaels Abbey from 9 til 1 and Cardiff Riverside Market on a Sunday morning.
