Most of the Farm shops’ beef and lamb comes directly from Balliefurth Farm, only 2 miles away. Great care is taken at the farm on the breeding, selection and rearing of the shorthorn beef, which is later sold at the shop. (The great Delia Smith herself even states that Scotch beef, bred in the Highlands, is the best in the world!)
They also sell mouth watering venison, pork and poultry which is sourced locally within the National Park along with a superb selection of sausages, burgers and pies all made freshly on site.
